Shipping policy

Order Acceptance and Processing

All orders are subject to review and acceptance.

  • Orders may be canceled at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues
  • Processing time typically takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays
  • Orders are not considered shipped until a tracking number is issued

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order requiring additional verification.


Shipping Methods and Carriers

Shipping is fulfilled via third-party carriers. In some cases, products may ship directly from a third-party supplier or manufacturer.

  • Shipping method is selected at checkout or determined based on order requirements
  • We reserve the right to change carriers or shipping methods without notice to ensure delivery

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law
  • Additional charges (such as address correction or re-delivery fees) may be passed on to the customer

Delivery Estimates and Delays

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Carrier Transit Time

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or regulatory delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Events outside our control

Delays do not qualify for order cancellation or refund.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered successfully delivered once confirmed by the carrier
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses
  • Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for packages that are:

  • Lost after being marked as delivered
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Delivered to incorrect drop-off locations due to carrier error

If a shipment is lost or shows delivery issues before marked delivered, we will:

  • File a claim with the carrier on the customer’s behalf
  • Conduct an investigation with the carrier
  • Follow the carrier’s final determination

If a package is marked as delivered, but the customer did not receive it:

  • The customer must contact the carrier and local delivery location (mailroom, building management, neighbors) for assistance
  • We may assist in providing shipment details upon request, but responsibility for recovery lies with the delivery location and carrier process

Claims of non-receipt for delivered packages may be denied if carrier tracking confirms delivery.


Damaged Shipments

All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Required documentation:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (internal and external)
  • Shipping label clearly visible

Failure to provide complete documentation within this timeframe may result in claim denial. All packaging must be retained for carrier inspection.


Shipping Restrictions

Orders must be shipped to valid addresses within supported regions. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse shipment to certain locations
  • Cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions

If an order is canceled due to shipping limitations, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the recipient, or
  • Deemed undeliverable by the carrier

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any additional carrier fees

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus all shipping and handling costs.


Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability and fulfillment location. Partial shipments do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the customer.
